Nariman Seyitbayevich began his career in the banking sector, where his experience helped shape a deep understanding of financial mechanisms and accounting methodology. His subsequent career was associated with financial management in organizations of various forms and industries across the country, ranging from state-owned enterprises to international companies.

·                   Audit: Many years of experience as a licensed auditor and tax consultant. Founder and Director General of «Sarayly Hyzmat», operating in accordance with both local and international financial reporting standards.

·                   Strategic management: Expert understanding of operational processes across key sectors of the economy, including trade, hydrocarbons, import–export, construction, industry, and IT.

·                   International cooperation: Experience working with foreign partners and a strong understanding of global market principles. Professional training programs completed in the USA, the United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, the UAE, and Turkey.

Higher education: Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly, Faculty of Law and International Relations, major in International Economics.
